The estimates are in reference to the lowest ordinal category of each snoring characteristics. Model 1 is adjusted for age and sex. Model 2 is adjusted for age, sex, body mass index, hypertension prevalence, education level, household income, and occupation. Model 3 is adjusted for age, sex, body mass index, hypertension prevalence, education level, household income, occupation, cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption, and physical activity.
HbA1c, glycosylated hemoglobin.
The estimates are derived from the multivariable multinomial logistic regression. The estimates are in reference to the normal glycemic group (participants without prediabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus). Model 1 is adjusted for age and sex. Model 2 is adjusted for age, sex, body mass index, hypertension prevalence, education level, household income, occupation, cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption, and physical activity. Model 3 is age, sex, body mass index, hypertension prevalence, education level, household income, occupation, cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption, physical activity, sleep duration, unwakefulness, excessive daytime sleepiness, and sleep-deprived driving.
OR, odds ratio; CI, confidence interval.
